PROJECT
Modernisation of the Aflofarm automated high-bay warehouse — retrofit and systems integration
Together with the Aflofarm team, we modernised the pallet stacker cranes and pallet transport system, integrating the upgraded equipment with a new higher-level MFC system and a new conveyor installation. The key objective was to create one coherent logistics environment combining solutions from different manufacturers.
The control system developed by Jakubowski SI was extended with built-in MFC functions that support manual flow management during commissioning, diagnostics, service work and non-standard situations. The project was divided into controlled stages using planned service windows and safe rollback procedures to reduce risk and minimise the impact of the modernisation on warehouse operations.
